The Moon and Mercury

Planets If you missed last night's Moon and Mercury conjunction you might take a look tonight. The two will not be close, but there is still a nice thin crescent Moon to be seen. As the sunset fades around 6pm, Mercury will be found about halfway between the Moon and the horizon shining brightly at -0.5 magnitude.
